Demand from employer/clients

It is the most important part of Overseas recruiting agency that we have to be informed very clearly by the employer about the demand. The company facilities, salary, working hour of the workers and other term and condition in the demand letter as design in sample documents. All the document should be signed and stamped by authorized government office or Nepalese embassy of concerned country.

Documentation & Visa Process of Selected Applicants:

Visa application shall be done after getting positive report of medical checkup of the selected candidates for their job. All the required documents of such candidates are now forwarded to the employers of relevant country for the visa application process. Employer now follow all the procedure at their respective country according to their country rules.

Visa from employer & visa endorsement:

After the approval of upper mentioned task for the application the visa arrives from their respective countries. We endorse the visa of the applicants.

Screening applicants & final selection by employer or client:

We have established an up to date data bank of our office. It is maintaining complete information of candidates such as professionals background and their skills. Selection is purely made on merit basis, not on bias and recommendation. We are confident in the matter that the personnel selected by our selection committee will definitely earn reputation and appreciation from the employers.

Medical Checked & Orientation:

Only the selected candidates are to be sent for a medical examination in an authorized clinic. Candidates who are found fit in medical checkup are only considered eligible for signing employment contract paper.

Mobilizing the workers to their destination:

After endorsing visa we conduct a task to get final approval from labour department for each workers and arrange them a air tickets to their destination country with prior notice to flight details to employer or agent.
